What does every industrial property have in common?

They all have overhead doors (or sometimes called roll up doors) so that things can come and go. Depending on whether the building is used for warehousing or manufacturing will also determine whether the building has dock loading (roughly the same level as the bed of a trailer) or grade loading (same level as the ground). Some companies may even want both!
